What's the difference between RTF, BNF, SPNP and PNP?

PNP (Plug-N-Play) RC airplanes have everything you need EXCEPT a transmitter, receiver, and battery pack (battery & charger). It contains model kits, Detrum motors, TomCat Skylord ESCs, and servos.

BNF (Bind-N-Fly) RC airplanes come with everything you need to get in the air EXCEPT the Transmitter and battery pack (battery & charger). It contains model kits, Detrum motors, TomCat Skylord ESCs, servos, and an iStone gyro receiver. They are easy to use, versatile, and safe, making them the perfect choice for beginners and experienced pilots. The BNF (Bind and Fly) version, receivers such as the MSR66A work exclusively with Detrum transmitters.

Dynam SPNP (PNP + iStone All V2) RC airplane is a versatile and user-friendly aircraft designed for RC enthusiasts. Combining an easy plug-and-play setup with the advanced iStone stabilization system, it suits a wide range of pilots. The PNP + iStone version includes the iStoneAll V2 6-axis gyro stabilizer, compatible with major radio transmitter brands like Futaba, Spektrum, Detrum, and etc., providing excellent versatility and flight performance.

iStone All V2 Gyro Stabilizer Features:

6-axis high-precision stabilization
Auto-recovery and one-click rescue
Compatible with most receivers
Adjustable parameters and sensitivity via 3-in-1 programming card with LCD
Gyro-off mode for manual flight

The PNP configuration and iStone All V2 stabilization system make this plane ideal for beginners, while offering features appreciated by intermediate pilots.

Dynam SRTF version is based on the standard RTF (Ready to Fly), which integrates the iStone 6-Axis Gyro Stabilizer w/ ABS System: RC airplanes get everything in a box to fly. The radio system (Transmitter and receiver), battery pack (battery and charger), and all other required electric parts are included and pre-installed. It contains model kits, Detrum motors, TomCat Skylord ESCs, servos, Detrum transmitters, iStone gyro receivers, battery, charger, and adapter. RTF planes are a great way to enjoy the thrill of flying without too much hassle.

iStone Gyro Receiver (The receiver integrated with iStone stabilizer):

Six-axis gyro high-precision stabilization function, auto-recovery, one-click rescue. Incredibly accurate and greatly improves the flying experience.

Regarding different aircraft, the parameter and sensitivity of the gyro receiver can be programmed with a Detrum transmitter (Gavin6C/Gavin8C/Blitz DT9) directly.

Quick and easy setup process. If you don't want Gyro to join the flight, just choose Gyro off mode on Transmitter.

Once I got the plane balanced and trimmed out it flew very well. It was way off on trim and needed the control surfaces adjusted drastically. Very floaty, almost too much as a breeze will bump it around quite a bit in the air. Takes off and lands in 10 feet and has. Very low stall speed so it’s easy to crawl in for a landing. It definitely flys better on a 3S pack as a 4S is almost too much. It’s only 1500 grams in the air

Flys like a bi plane for sure, slow and lumbering. Assembly is definitely a intermediate build as it’s a typical Dynam

I modified and painted mine to be a 1916 Bristol F2B as it’s very close.
