This advanced RC aircraft is well on its way to launch, with significant strides made in its development. From initial design sketches to the assembly of the prototype, every detail has been meticulously engineered to ensure outstanding performance and handling.

    1. Early Prototyping and Design Concept
    The journey of the Super Tucano began with a clear goal: to create an airplane that's both agile and easy to handle for pilots of all skill levels. The Dynam team started with various design concepts, sketching aerodynamic profiles that would offer the ideal combination of speed, stability, and maneuverability. After finalizing the design, we moved forward with producing a scale model for evaluation.

    In the image above, you can see our early prototype of the Super Tucano. At this stage, the airframe has been assembled in its raw, unpainted form. These prototypes are critical for testing aerodynamics and ensuring structural integrity. They give our team a physical model to work from, allowing us to make key adjustments before moving to more advanced stages of production.

    2. Refining the Internal Structure
    Next, we focused on refining the aircraft's internal components to ensure the design supports the necessary electronics, motor mounts, and structural reinforcements. The image shows the interior of the Super Tucano's fuselage, where our engineers have integrated wooden reinforcements. These elements are vital for securely housing the electronics, maintaining balance, and ensuring long-term durability.

    During this phase, we also organized the internal wiring, setting up the framework for the battery and electronic speed controller (ESC) installation. Preliminary tests for center of gravity (CG) balance and flight control precision were conducted to fine-tune performance.

    Once the internal components and aerodynamics are perfected, it's time for the final phase—bringing the airplane to life with paint and detailing. The vibrant camo paint job you see on the Super Tucano was chosen not just for its striking appearance, but also as a nod to historic military aircraft.
